At Glow25, I saw how quickly a company gets more complex when it grows from €7M to €130M. As Director of Operations, I made the operating system grow with it, step by step, bootstrapped, in three and a half years.
With every growth step came new products, new channels and new people. As a close sparring partner to the founders, I helped shape the organizational structure: who owns what, who decides what, how we work together. That is exactly what I bring to other founder-led brands today.

Before that: 15 years of operational leadership in procurement, supply chain and operations, including at WiBU PflegePlus, Green Spirit and Boltze Ideen.
Personally: Away from work, I run marathons and ultras and go kiting and stand-up paddling. Endurance and a clear rhythm help there just as much as in companies.
