Your team joins: a short, anonymous survey, a questionnaire for your A-team and four to five one-on-one interviews. After that, the gap between your view and your team's is on the table.

Every year, I offer the Foundation free of charge to selected founder-led brands.This is not a discount and not a trial, but a deliberate investment in young companies.

Meeting the criteria does not guarantee a place; I review every application personally. A rejection says nothing about the quality of your company, and you can always buy the Foundation directly.

Frequently asked questions about the Foundation
Is this an online course?
No. You answer questions about your own company, and I synthesize them into your operating system. You do not memorize anything, you get a result.
Who fills in the questionnaire?
You, as founder or co-founder. Not your team and not an outside consultant, because this is about the knowledge in your head.
How much of my time does this take?
About 60 minutes for the questionnaire, in several sittings if you like, plus a 30-minute debrief. I take care of the synthesis in between. The Foundation takes one week in total.
What happens to my answers?
They are used only to create your operating system. For the synthesis, I use the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic. Your answers are not used for training, I replace employee names with roles beforehand, and I personally check every evaluation. Beyond that, I pass nothing on and publish nothing without your consent.
What can I do with the AI artifact?
You plug it into your AI tool of choice. It then answers questions like “Who decides this?” or “What has priority right now?” based on your own operating system, not on generic advice.
What is the difference from the Blueprint and Rollout?
The Foundation creates clarity from your point of view. In the Blueprint, your team's view is added and we set the target state. In the Rollout, we implement it together.
And if I want to continue afterwards?
Then your result feeds directly into the Blueprint. If you book it, I deduct the full €1,490 of the Foundation from the Blueprint price.
